SHIMANO Complete Fit Bicycle sizing
Multiple precise body measurements are taken using a static jig, and inputted into the SHIMANO fitting system to provide your optimum positioning on the bicycle.
A Complete Fit will measure your body height, upper body, leg & arm length, shoulder width and foot size on our 2D Body Analyzer. Based on those metrics, the unique algorithm, your preferences and our experience, we then provide you with a full bike diagram of your suggested bicycle set up. It will take all the guesswork out of your bike set up and can be used to optimize your position on a current bike or to guide the commissioning of a new frameset or complete bicycle.
Your bike is then precisely adjusted to the fit using laser alignment. This relies on precise XY coordinates relative to the bottom bracket, so that your position can be precisely replicated between bikes regardless of the different geometry that bikes might have.
